Strictly Prohibited

The following actions will result in immediate account termination:

Harassment & Bullying

• Threatening, intimidating, or targeted insults
• Racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory language
• Doxxing - sharing someone's private information without consent
• Stalking or persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop

Inappropriate Content

• Nudity or sexually graphic material
• Sexual solicitation or propositions
• Violent, disturbing, or graphic content
• Promotion of self-harm or harmful behaviors

Misrepresentation & Fraud

• Impersonating others
• Using fake photos or misleading profile information
• Scamming, phishing, or attempting to obtain personal data
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

Commercial Activity & Spam

• Advertising products, services, or other platforms
• Sending unsolicited promotions or links
• Running commercial operations without permission
• Mass-inviting or spamming other users

Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates local, national, or international law
• Sharing copyrighted material without permission
• Discussing or promoting illegal substances
• Planning illegal activities

Privacy Violations

• Recording conversations without all parties' consent
• Sharing screenshots or recordings of chats publicly
• Attempting to extract personal information
• Sharing others' private details without permission

Moderation System

We use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to enforce these guidelines. Our AI detects potential violations in real-time, while our team reviews reports and takes appropriate action. Actions range from warnings to temporary bans to permanent account removal, depending on severity.

You'll receive notifications if your content is removed or if your account faces restrictions. Severe violations result in immediate permanent bans without warning.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that breaks these guidelines, use the Report function immediately. Provide as much detail as possible - it helps our team investigate. You can also block users to prevent further contact.

All reports are anonymous and reviewed promptly. Never hesitate to report something that makes you uncomfortable. You're protecting the entire community.

For urgent safety concerns or threats of harm, contact local authorities first, then report to us.

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may appeal by contacting our support team. Include your username, the reason you believe the action was mistaken, and any relevant context. Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team within 48 hours.

Note: bans for severe violations (harassment, sexual content, illegal activity) are rarely overturned.

Age Requirement

Fast Match is exclusively for users 18 years and older. By using our service, you confirm you are at least 18. We take age verification seriously and may request proof of age if we suspect underage use. Accounts belonging to minors will be permanently removed.

Updates to Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated periodically to address new challenges or clarify expectations. We'll notify users of significant changes via platform notification or email. Continued use of Fast Match after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
